Spectrum Academy has a 1:2 staff to student ratio so that every child gets the attention that they need to flourish. All of our staff are credentialed and licensed in their areas of expertise. Staff and volunteers that work with children are fingerprinted and background checks sent to the Ohio Department of Education before employment.
